In 1992, while Gorefest were opening for Deicide in Stockholm, a bomb exploded outside the emergency door behind their stage (which was on the fifth floor of the building),
causing extensive structural damage to the door and the wall.
Some people thought that Gorefest, a politically correct band, was attacked by people involved in the black metal scene, but in reality the bomb was planted by the Animal Militia, a UK-based pro-animals group, aimed at Deicide playing later that evening.
Glen Benton had received earlier death-threats over his stance on mutilating small animals,
and afterward received another letter saying that "Stockholm was just a taste of what is to come."
After the success of "Legion", Roadrunner Records re-issued the Amon demos in 1993
as "Amon: Feasting The Beast", giving new fans a glimpse of the band's rawer roots.

Pada 1992, ketika Gorefest sedang bermain sebagai Band pembuka Deicide di Stockholm.
sebuah bom meledak diluar emergency door dibelakang panggung (dilantai 5),
menyebabkan kerusakan yang cukup parah pada lantai dan dinding.
Beberapa orang menduga yang diserang adalah Gorefest, Band yang meneriakkan kritik tentang politik, oleh salah seorang dari kalangan Black Metal, tetapi kenyataannya, bom diledakkan oleh Animal Militia, sebuah organisasi penyayang binatang yang berbasis di Inggris, dan ditujukan ke Deicide yang akan bermain sore harinya.
Sebelumnya Glen Benton telah menerima ancaman pembunuhan
karena keterlibatannya pada kasus mutilasi hewan (pada konser-konser sebelumnya),
dan dikemudian hari Glen menerima surat yang isinya,
"Stockholm hanyalah sebuah peringatan apa yang akan terjadi"
Setelah sukses dengan "Legion", pada 1993, Roadrunner Records merelease kembali Demo Band Amon, "Amon: Feasting The Beast".
